Before your begin lets go over how this course is structured


-This is an audio based teaching, so make sure you have a quiet space and either headphones or earbuds to listen.


-It is structured that the lessons start short and under 10 mins as you progress, the lessons will get longer. This is done on purpose to help you build your meditation habit, by the time the courses are done, so long you are doing them every day all you have to do it swap out the lessons with meditations and you are half way there to locking in your own meditation habit.


-As stated above this is designed to do one lesson per day. No more and no less. As excited you might be to plunge forward I would like you to show restraint and make sure you fully internalize the day’s lesson. Think about what I have discussed and see how it fits into you. This is an understated part of this course. Even though it may not feel like it, you are going to need time to let things soak in. So please be patience with yourself.
